Hierzu soll eine sehr nachhaltige Sportanlage geschaffen werden, bei der die Konstruktion aus überwiegend recyclebaren Werkstoffen besteht und sowohl eine PV-Anlage, als auch eine Dachbegrünung realisierbar ist. Die Errichtung der Freilufthalle (30 m x 15 m) soll als schlüsselfertige Leistung durch einen Generalunternehmer erbracht werden.
